Embodied, holistic support for healing, aliveness & connection

About
I'm the human behind Soft Ground, and my mission is to support you in the radical act of coming home to yourself.
I provide a holistic, trauma-informed space that honours the whole of who you are — not as a problem to be fixed, but as a person navigating a complex world.
My approach weaves talking therapy, nervous system awareness & body-based practices, creating a space where you can slow down, be heard, and begin to make sense of what you're carrying.
How I can support you

A steady, nurturing therapeutic relationship where you can explore what's going on for you. Together we'll work at your pace — reconnecting with your inner wisdom, learning to tend to anxiety and depletion, and finding more meaning and aliveness.

Discovering skills & insights for fulfilment and wellbeing in supportive community. A space to connect with others on a similar path — learning, sharing, and growing together.

A reliable internet connection, a device with a camera and microphone, and a space that feels safe and comfortable to you. Many clients are surprised by how meaningful and connected online therapy can feel.
Every person's process is different. Some may need shorter-term support (up to 12 sessions) while others benefit from longer-term work. We begin with a free 15 minute consultation call — no commitment required.
I use 'counselling' to refer to therapy that focuses more on immediate concerns, and 'psychotherapy' for deeper, longer-term work. In practice, the two often weave together depending on what you need.
